How do I reach people who need help?

As we all know, the foreclosure rate in this country is devastating. My friend is an attorney who is undertaking to help people save their homes through loan modifications, etc. and he's doing it at almost one third the rate of a bankruptcy's retainer. We really want to put the word out there and reach those in PA, NJ, and NY who are in dire need of help, but it's been difficult reaching people who really need these services. How can I get the word out and get attention? My friend is holding Home Save Workshops for the public. I would love to help him get people in. It would be great to help this effort. Any advice?
