If i smoked 40 hours before a drug test and took detox would it work?

I found out 10 min after i smoked that I needed to a drug test within the next 48 hours i bought a omni detox kit and 2 64oz cranberry juices if i drank the 2 cranberry juices and finished them the night before and took the detox the morning of the test will i pass?
