If a job posting I've applied for says "no calls"...do they mean it?

DO NOT CALL THEM!!! I say that in all caps because they will end up throwing your application in the trash if you cannot even follow the simplest of directions. Basically what they are saying is that "we will call you if you are a right candidate for the position." So just don't call them and wait for them to contact you because I'm sure they got the application and there is no need to call them especially when they said no calls.
