How can I record my MP3 mixes?

I have recently purchsed a Numark Omni Control.. It came with Traktor LE... I am happy with the gadget but I can record anything. And there is no record option within the options menu in the program. I have downloaded some MP3 recording programs but I cant get them to read the OMNI drive..Do I need to get an Audio Interface? Any help, Anyone please?? Much appriciated...
