If i detox is my system clean from that point on?

I have an omni soft gel detox pill and I was wondering if I took it now would I be completely clean to take a drug test say 2 weeks later? My friend used the same thing to pass a test the next day so I know it works. Im not being tested for anything yet ...my friend tells me to wait til the day before the test ...but I want to take it now
