Some of your ideas for what GTA 5 should have?

I'm hoping for a Vice City like setting again, which seems possible. While Niko was a good character, he was one of my least favorite of the GTA characters. Other then that, try to adapt some elements from the old GTA games (like you mentioned) The GTA expansion, The Ballad of Gay Tony, was a step in the right direction.
