When will Texas become Blue, 2020 or possibly even 2016?

You know what though, because of this information republicans are doing all they can to limit certain people from voting so you still not know how things will turn out. Thats why I could never be a republican, to literally do all they can and even pass laws to surpress people from voting. Like an North Carolina. Republicans saw that early voting helped democrats so they made sure they put a stop to that.
