I'm 17, male, 6'4" and a little over 200 lbs, just average. What diet will help me lose around 20 lbs by the end of June. I want to lower my body fat % and build a little muscle. Atkins is quick but its seems really unhealthy. I've also thought of the spiritual diet Gandhi undertook. Or possibly only raw fruits and vegetables. Do these seem good? What do you recommend. Or any online resources?
