This site is not to be trusted. It has only been online a month and they are hiding the owner's name and location from the public, both of these points spell scam. Most likely a Chinese scam site that will just steal your money. Always check websites via www.who.is and avoid all sites based in China, any site online less than one year, any site with a locked or private domain registrar - all signs of a scam.
