I can not set in memory all the chanels in my area. it seems the tv set has in memory chanels from factory.?

I have a panasonic omni vision vhs tv set model pv-m2021. I can not auto program the chanels from my cable provider in nicaragua. all the chanels in memory seem to be from factory.
