Best college I could get into?

I'm a junior in high school and I have no idea what colleges I should be applying for next year. I live in Michigan, and would like to go to college in the state, but it isn't extremely important. I have a 3.6 GPA unweighted. I got a 34 in my ACT. I've been the secretary in student council all through high school. I'm also in omni council, key club, dungeons and dragons club, book club, science Olympiad, and national honors society. For sports I'm in varsity track and field through the school. Not through the school I'm in taekwondo. I would really love to get into the University of Michigan, but do I even have a chance?
