Why does Time Warner Cable trash the outside of my buildings and they take no responsibility for it?

the trencher is run threw the gate rather than down easement. Braking every sprinkler line in its path. Holes from foundation to roof. Cable in front flower bed 15 ft long hanging from front room, I guess not needed. A new box added with nothing in it... to the old one thrown over fence to the Interstate frontage. I have found it's Omni the contractor....OK!
